Spike's Medical Record

2000 - Year 2000 was mainly just basic checkups and vaccinations. We did have a run-in with an upper respiratory infection (URI) and a dislocated toe in the first couple months Spike was home. He was also neutered at 7 months of age.

2001 - Year 2001 was relatively quiet. We had Spike's annual checkup and vaccinations. There was one emergency visit for a bladder infection.

2002 - Year 2002 was full of countless numbers of calls and trips to the vet's for major digestive issues and a mild eye infection.

2003 - Year 2003 has been mostly quiet. We had Spike's annual checkup and round of vaccinations in early June, and he had an eye infection in July, which he was treated for.

2004 - Year 2004 has also been mostly quiet. Spike had a mild eye infection in February and then his annual checkup and rabies vaccination in late June.
