Spike's 2004 Medical Record

Wednesday, February 18, 2004 (Call to the Vet)

- Spike was squinting his left eye a bit today, and it looked a bit runny. I called Dr. Wendi and she said I can just put a bit of Terramycin (antibiotic ointment) in his eye like I've done in the past. After about three days of treatment, his eye was completely cleared up.

Monday, June 21, 2004 (Checkup / Vaccinations)

- Had vaccinations for:

Rabies (3 year booster)

- Spike went in for his annual checkup today with Dr. Wendi. She said everything is looking good, and that although he has a tiny bit of tarter build-up on his back molar, he has no inflammation or infection going on, and we can probably wait on having a dental routine done. She also said his weight is very good and that he seems very healthy.
